Meet the Play Facilitator

Hi, I’m Tasha 👋🏻

I’ve been working in the Early Learning and Care field since 2007, and over the years, I’ve come to see this work as more than a profession — it’s a deep calling and a source of real joy. I care deeply about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported, and free to be themselves.

My program is rooted in respectful, relationship-based care. I believe children thrive when they’re given the time and space to grow at their own pace, supported by warm, trusting connections and a sense of belonging. I place a strong focus on emotional well-being, helping children build resilience, empathy, and confidence through everyday moments of play and discovery.

I strive to make my home a welcoming, inclusive space where families feel truly seen and supported. I value diversity, kindness, and community, and I work to create an environment where children learn not just academic skills, but how to care for themselves, for others, and for the world around them.

For me, the most meaningful part of this work is watching children grow into themselves; curious, capable, and full of wonder.
