The parent fees noted above are what clients actually pay (as of January 2025), the remainder of the base rate fees are paid through CWELCC funding via The Region of Waterloo Home Child Care.

Tuition is due on the first of the month for the current month of care.
If your child is full-time, the full monthly rate is due whether or not your child is absent (This includes all paid holidays).
If your child is part-time, the full part-time monthly rate is due whether or not your child is absent. (This includes all paid holidays).

Extended Hours Fees

Extended hours fees apply when contracted hours of care are required beyond our hours of operation (8am to 4:30pm). This fee is in addition to the full-day fee if your child attends the program during the day.

The fee applied for extended hours of care is $10 per hour or part thereof.

Extended hours must be agreed upon in advance otherwise late pick-up fees will apply.

Canada Wide Early Learning Child Care Funding – CWELCC

Fees for children under 6 years of age enrolled in our program are partially funded by the Canada Wide Early Learning Child Care Funding.
Families are responsible for 100% of their fees should CWELCC funding be discontinued
The CWELCC funding is not applied to late fees, late payment fees, or extended hours fees.
