Our Lunch Rhythm

Our menu is thoughtfully planned to provide nourishing, wholesome vegetarian meals that support growing bodies and curious minds. Each day features a main dish paired with seasonal vegetables and whole grains, and lunch is always served with fresh fruit to keep little ones energized and happy.

Monday – Oven Baked Mains

Casseroles, lasagna, quiche, lentil loaf, or other hearty oven-baked dishes served with vegetables and whole grains

Tuesday – Pasta Day

House-made pasta dishes with garden veggies and simple, wholesome ingredients

Wednesday – Curry or Stew Day

Gently spiced vegetable curries or hearty stews served with warm bread or grains

Thursday – Soup & Bread Day

Nourishing vegetable or bean soups with fresh-baked bread for dipping

Friday – Grains & Beans Day

Classic grain and bean combinations with colourful vegetable sides

Snack Library (Rotating Options)

Morning Snacks:

– Cheese cubes + seasonal fruit
– Yogurt + chopped fruit
– Veggie sticks + hummus
– Cereal (hot or cold) + milk or milk alternative
– Waffles or pancakes with applesauce 
Afternoon Snacks:

– Whole-grain crackers + hummus
– Veggie sticks + hummus or bean dip
– Cheese cubes + seasonal fruit
– Sliced fruit + yogurt dip
– Roasted chickpeas and fruit or veggie sticks
